  酒莊成立於 1982 年，起初只擁有 2 公頃的葡萄園，到今日已擴展至 20 公頃，特別是 18 公頃的頂尖白葡萄園，包括 Chevalier 、 Bâtard 、 Bienvenue 和 Corton Charlemagne 以及 Montrachet 的採買契約。莊主兼釀酒師的 Vincent Girardin 是一位知識豐富且目標明確的愛酒人士，他很清楚自己想要的什麼。他了解莊園裡的每株葡萄樹和每塊土地，也始終相信好的品質來自種植跟釀造中的每一個細小環節；在任何時後他都對布根地獨一無二的風土條件保持無比尊敬的態度，正是他這種個人風格和認真的工作態度，讓他的葡萄酒具有豐富、和諧，不失優雅的特性。

  酒莊擁有最現代化的釀酒設備，為了確保生產出的葡萄酒能夠最大限度地展現該地的風土條件，他們盡可能小心仔細的對待每一顆葡萄。自 2008 年以來，開始採用自然動力法種植，不使用任何除草劑跟殺蟲劑。他嚴格控制產量、修剪枝葉，剃除多餘的花苞；開始非常早採收，減少攪桶，釀成的白酒更乾淨少木香。

   Vincent Girardin 生產的白酒品質優良，帶有非常純粹的香味，乾淨透明的風格，同時酸度、豐富度也達到完美平衡。 紅葡萄酒只佔產量的 20% ，一樣是乾淨簡單自然的黑皮諾，自然路線、相當迷人 !

Caillerets- As it always is, a more elegant nose is also more complex with an airy and cool set of aromas that include lemon, white flower and pear nuanced by ample minerality that continues on the rich, detailed and beautifully intense middle weight flavors that possess excellent finishing persistence. Lovely stuff that is chiseled and notably stony.

  Folatieres- A completely different aromatic expression offers notes of acacia blossom, green fruit and subtle mineral hints that can also be found on the textured,
