#高知名度的布根地白酒 Henri Boillot 是家族的第五代成員，在 1993 年繼承了父親的DomaineJean Boillot 莊園來經營，並從 1999 年開始釀造 Henri Boillot 白酒，因為擁有家族的傳承經驗，很快的就使 Henri Boillot 成為布根地的白酒之星。

  被稱為完美主義者的 Henri Boillot所種植的葡萄每年必定會修剪樹枝來減少產量，以確保品質的完美度。使用新橡木桶的比例約 40%~70%，酒莊認為適度使用橡木桶可以讓葡萄酒的清澈度與酸度一直處於完美的和諧狀態。對於選擇葡萄方面也是非常的嚴謹，時常走動葡萄園，確定摘種的方式是按照他所指示的。Henri Boillot曾在IWC（International Wine Cellar）評鑑柏根地白酒中，有六款獲得95分以上的分數，其中有三款是Henri Boillot的酒，其他還有Lafon的Montrachet、Dauissat-Camus的Chablis Les Clos、和Bouchard的 Chevalier Montrachet。

1. 2014 Volnay Les Chevrets 1er Cru   BH 92   (紅)

   Boillot noted that this was made from yields of only 7 hl/ha. It offers up notes of red and dark currant, plum and a broad array of spice elements. I very much like the sense of underlying tension as well as the fine delineation of the lacy and

   mineral-inflected flavors that terminate in a saline and youthfully austere finish that delivers outstanding depth and length. This is really very good and should drink well both young and older.

2. 2014 Clos Vougeot Grand CruBH 93 (紅)

   A ripe but restrained nose features notes of both red and dark berry fruit, earth, humus, smoke and exotic tea scents along with a background hint of oak toast. There is impressive volume to the well-muscled and broad-shouldered flavors that possess plenty of underlying tension, all wrapped in a complex, rustic and lingering finish that is less austere than usual. This beauty will require at least a decade to be at its best.

3. 2014Puligny Montrachet Les Combettes 1er Cru BH 93

   The exceptionally well-detailed and highly energetic flavors possess a highly seductive and generously proportioned mouth feel before concluding in a refined, palate coating and gorgeously persistent finish. This is very classy and impeccably well-balanced juice that in contrast to many wines in the range should be accessible on the younger side.

4. 2014Puligny Montrachet Les Caillerets 1er Cru BH 94

   A ripe and ultra-fresh nose is comprised by a well-layered mix of white orchard fruit, in particular pear and white peach, along with smoky hints of mineral-reduction, citrus and sandalwood nuances. There is excellent volume to the caressing yet intensely mineral-driven middle weight flavors that conclude in a wonderfully persistent finish of crystalline purity. This highly refined and very classy effort should drink well both young and with age.

5. 2014Meursault Charmes 1er Cru  BH 92

   This is slightly riper with its less reserved gently nutty nose of pear, acacia, lilac and white peach. There is excellent punch and volume to the delicious and seductively textured medium-bodied flavors that possess a subtle minerality on the caressing, balanced and impressively long finish. Note that this should also age well yet be one of the few wines in the range that should be appealing young as well

6. 2014Meursault Genevrieres 1er Cru BH 93

   There is a vaguely Chablis-like quality to the discreetly iodine and mineral-reduction infused nose of exotically spiced white orchard fruit and floral scents. This is a Genevrières of finesse and delicacy. In a word, lovely.

7. 2014Puligny Montrachet BH 90

   Interestingly this is even more floral with its admirably elegant nose of various white orchard fruit and spice aromas where added breadth is present in the form of grilled nut nuances. There is a highly seductive mouth feel to the succulent yet reasonably well-defined medium-bodied flavors that deliver a subtle minerality on the stylish and classy finish. This is very Puligny.

8. 2014Corton Charlemagne Grand Cru BH 95

   Mineral reduction and lime hints add breadth to the lilac, green apple and tangerine skin-suffused aromas. There is seriously impressive size and weight to the dramatically powerful, rich and concentrated big-bodied flavors that possess obvious muscle and simply fantastic length on the overtly austere, deep and palate staining finish. This is a chiseled and sleekly powerful effort that should also be capable of aging effortlessly for years.
