Miraval莊園，位於南法Aix-en-Provence附近，佔地約1000英畝，其中包含150英畝的葡萄園、橄欖樹林及35個房間的主建物，2012年由明星布萊德彼特及安潔莉娜裘莉花費6000萬美元買下，布裘夫婦除了親自參予外，並且請來Chateaude Beaucastel 總經理 Marc Perrin 協助釀造生產及瓶身標籤的設計，莊園裡的葡萄樹都採用有機的方式來種植。

2013 Miraval Rose為釀造第二年份，採用紅葡萄品種Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah和白葡萄品種Rolle釀造而成，葡萄採用直接壓榨及放血法組合而成，其中95%的原汁在不銹鋼桶中培養，5%的原汁在橡木桶中發酵，增加葡萄酒的層次及豐富性。2014年2月7日，開始在網上公佈發售，產量約200,000瓶左右，也跟去年首釀一樣，在短短的時間內就被訂購一空(2012年份榮獲Wine Specator雜誌90分的品鑑，且入選2013百大排行84名，唯一的一款粉紅酒入榜)。

品評 : 透過精心設計的瓶身，看到酒體如淡粉色的胭脂般凝脂通透，散發著奔放果香(紅莓.柑橘.哈密瓜)花香味，入口後伴隨著礦石.香料.奶油氣息。

Miraval is the new wine business venture of actor and actresses Brad Pitt with Angelina Jolie in association with the famous Perrin family of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Their second vintage already, the wine is made in their summer vacation property in Provence, France. Aromas of citric fruits such as orange with strawberries. Also notes of cantaloupe and melon. In addition, floral touches of lavender, garrique and white flowers. In the mouth, medium to full body with a very elegant profile. Very floral finale.

There is a lovely floral nose, soft fragrant roses, and from the first taste there is a delicate structure that deepens on the palate. But, as the French would say il y a du vin’ – meaning that there is a sense of power alongside the elegance, a structure and a fresh acidity that gives the wine persistency, with a grip of minerality that gives a delicious mouthwatering finish.
