Champagne Agrapart & Fils創立於19世紀,以釀製高水準的香檳為目標。酒莊坐落於白丘(Cote des Blanc)中心的阿維日(Avize),目前擁有12公頃的葡萄園,散落在最適宜種植夏多內(Chardonnay)的白丘精華區,包括歐杰(Oger)、卡蒙(Cramant)、瓦希(Oiry)與阿維日(Avize)等重要的村莊,酒莊內的葡萄樹齡算是白丘最老的葡萄樹,平均樹齡約35年,一些最老的樹齡也超65年。大部份的Agrapart香檳皆來自Grand Cru。酒莊自經營以來都是維持對高品質香檳的要求,葡萄園的種植、採收、釀造、熟成、裝瓶、搖瓶、除渣等等都不假他人之手,是典型的獨立酒莊香檳。酒莊是採用最傳統的垂直式Coquard榨汁機,並利用附著於葡萄皮上的天然酵母做發酵,表現出最真誠的風土特色(terroir)。

The NV Brut Blanc de Blancs 7 Crus is beautiful, wiry and bursting with pure energy. Lemon, mint, white flowers and crushed rocks jump from the glass in a vibrant, crystalline Champagne endowed with striking purity. The style is all about focus and tension. In other words, this is pure Agrapart. The 7 Crus is a blend of 70% Grand Cru fruit (from Avize, Oger, Oiry, Cramant and Avenay), and 30% Premier Cru fruit (from Val d’Or, Bergeres les Vertus and Mardeuil). It is a great introduction to the wines of this small, family-run domaine. Dosage was 7 grams per liter. Score:91—Robert Parker |
NV Extra Brut Grand Cru Complantee 混釀六個優質特級葡萄園 |
Agrapart's NV Complantée emerges from a tiny parcel in Avize planted with six different varieties. Hints of chalk, almonds, dried flowers and herbs are all laced together in the glass. The intensely perfumed finish gives the Complantée considerable near-term appeal, yet there is more than enough underlying brilliance and overall minerality to ensure at least several years of fine drinking. The current release is a blend of equal parts 2011 and 2010 vintages, bottled with 5 grams of sugar. Score: 91 —Antonio Galloni |

Agrapart’s NV Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Terroirs is another fabulous wine. Here it is the combination of tension and weightlessness that is especially appealing. Sweet floral notes and a suggestion of mint meld into white orchard fruit in this effortless, totally gracious wine. All the elements meld together on the seamless, crystalline finish. The Terroirs is a blend of fruit sourced from Avize, Oger, Cramant and Oiry, This release was aged partly in 600-liter barrels. Dosage was 5 grams per liter. Score: 92—Robert Parker |
2006 Extra Brut Blanc de Blanc Grand Venus 葡萄樹齡逾50年以上 |
The 2006 Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Venus brings together the best qualities of the house style. Rich yet weightless, the Venus impresses for its refined, layered personality. Sweet floral notes, Chamomile, spices and citrus resonate with tons of class and sheer personality. This is yet another great showing from Agrapart. The Venus is made from a tiny parcel in Avize measuring just 0.3 hectares and is farmed entirely by the horse for whom the wine is named. Score:95—Robert Parker |
2008 Extra Brut Blanc de Blanc Grand Cru d'Avizoise 葡萄樹齡逾50年以上 |
Tension, energy and cut are the signatures of Agrapart's 2008 L'Avizoise. Expressive floral notes appear over time, giving the 2008 an attractive upper register of pure nuance. Here it is the wine's overall polish that impresses most. Like all of the 2008s, the Avizoise is surprisingly open and expressive for a young Agrapart Champagne. The Avizoise emerges from 50 year-old vines in Les Robarts and La Voie d’Epernay. Dosage is 4 grams per liter. Score: 94 —Antonio Galloni |

The 2008 Blanc de Blancs is a perfect example of how open and expressive Pascal Agrapart's 2008s are today. Creamy, ample and highly expressive, the 2008 is all about texture. Lightly honeyed notes, white flowers, almonds, and lemon peel are given an extra kick of energy on the finish, where the wine's underlying minerality and salinity add considerable raciness.
