高知名度的布根地白酒Henri Boillot是家族的第五代成員，在1993年繼承了父親的Domaine Jean Boillot莊園來經營，並從1999年開始釀造Henri Boillot白酒，因為擁有家族的傳承經驗，很快的就使Henri Boillot成為布根地的白酒之星。
被稱為完美主義者的Henri Boillot，所種植的葡萄每年必定會修剪樹枝來減少產量，以確保品質的完美度。使用新橡木桶的比例約40%~70%，Henri Boillot認為適度使用橡木桶可以讓葡萄酒的清澈度與酸度一直處於完美的和諧狀態。
對於選擇葡萄方面也是非常的嚴謹，時常拜訪葡萄園，確定摘種的方式是按照他所指示的。為了充份表達出風土的故有特性和維持品質的一致性，特級園和一級園的白酒也一定是從單一葡萄園而來的，正式因為這樣的謹慎才創造出頂尖的白酒。

Tasting note: Don't miss! As with several wines in the range there is an intense note of mineral reduction along with green apple, pear and spiced herbal tea scents. There is extraordinary size, weight and intensity to the astonishingly concentrated and overtly muscular flavors that coat the palate with dry extract before culminating in a stunningly persistent finish. This is one big and powerful wine yet once again there is absolutely no trace of heaviness. It's relatively rare to have a Corton-Charlemagne that can rival a first-rate Montrachet but here is one such example. | |||
