  ＃Cristal是有史以來第一瓶頂級奢華香檳 至今依舊燦爛奪目以細膩著稱，近年來更顯精確精練多數香檳以Pinot Noir與Chardonnay為主角純淨，深邃，經典，現代及真誠精雕細琢。  路易王妃酒莊（Louis Roederer）釀酒師Jean-Baptiste Lecaillon說：“今年是我在路易王妃的第30個採收年，而2008年是目前上市產品中的最佳年份。” 頂級香檳想表現的是優雅，而不是力量”。

Louis Roederer從2000年開始使用生物動力法培育種葡萄，慢慢改變了葡萄園的栽種方式。但2012年份才算是第一個完全使用生物動力法栽培的葡萄釀出來的酒。這個進行下一次發布的新年份，將會翻開Louis Roederer酒莊的“新篇章”!!

葡萄比例為:60％黑皮諾，40％霞多麗

釀酒師Jean-Baptiste Lecaillon 對2008年指出幾點重要訊息:   

※ 2008年是典型的涼爽氣候；乾燥，但涼爽的夏季為果實帶來了新鮮感。

           從氣候上而言，和1996，1988年份相似。

※ 2008是個酸度比較高的年份，為了讓酸度達到平衡，08年經歷了蘋果酸乳酸發酵。並在

   瓶中陳釀了10年歲月（花了9年與酵母酒渣接觸培養，於2017年9月除渣），比其他

   年份系列都要長2年。

※ 該年份殘糖度為目前最低，“低於8g / l，這是前所未有的。” 1980年代的是12g / l，

  較近期年份是9-10g / l。

1974年首次推出的Cristal名Rose粉紅水晶香檳數量更少（60%黑皮諾，40%夏多內），必須是黑皮諾達到良好熟度才能夠生產的特定年份。

Unfurling in the glass with aromas of wild strawberries, tangerine, warm pastry and crisp green orchard fruit, the 2008 is medium to full-bodied, deep and concentrated, with a racy but beautifully integrated spine of acidity, a multidimensional core and a searingly chalky and laser-focused finish.
