Jean Marc Brocard酒廠位在最南邊的Prehy村，從1973年的一公頃葡萄園開始耕種，目前是Chablis地區的第二大酒莊，已擁有200公頃的葡萄園，目前由第二代兒子Julien接手。

   Brocard認為種植的土地會真實呈現葡萄酒的樣貌，而Chablis擁有獨一無二的風土，只有豐富而健康的土地，才能培醞出好的葡萄酒，所以目前大多數自有的葡萄園皆採用有機農耕法及自然動力法的方式，維持自然的生態風貌，使用原生酵母，大多以不銹鋼桶釀製，特級園的部分則採用大型木槽，桶陳培醞18個月，Brocard的風格簡單自然，卻更能表現Chablis純淨與礦物的風味特色。

   Jean Marc Brocard也是Chablis地區生物動力農耕法及有機種植的先驅著之一，2004年獲得有機認證，酒標上的月亮象徵生物動力農耕法，瓢蟲代表著有機種植，希望給下一代提供一個豐富而健康的土地，像蝸牛般螺旋狀的菊石，代表著無限與永恆。

Tasting note: This is   aromatically similar to the regular cuvée except that the nose is slightly   riper. There is fine density but also good verve with plenty of Chablis   character present on the delicious saline and oyster-infused finish that is   also clean and quite dry.
BFN21CHBJMBMT13 2013 Chablis 1er Cru   Montee de Tonnerre♥ 750ml 90-93 2020+
Tasting note: A wonderfully   elegant and pure nose reveals notes of mineral reduction, dried flowers and a   plenitude of Chablis character. There is fine density to the equally pure   medium weight flavors that also exude the same unmistakable Chablis character,   all wrapped in a mildly austere, balanced and beautifully persistent finish.   Good stuff here and one that should reward 6 to 8 years of cellaring.
BFN11CHBJMB12M 2012 Chablis Les Vieilles Vignes de Sainte Claire 1500ml 87 2015+
Tasting note: This is even more   reserved with a cool, pure and airy nose that is almost mute at this early   stage. There is a relatively fine palate impression to the supple but punchy   flavors that culminate in a dry and slightly tangy finish though I suspect   that this will round out in short order.
BFN21CHBJMBVV12 2012 Chablis 1er Cru Vau de Vey 750ml 89 2017+
Tasting note: There is a trace   of sulfur present on the ripe green fruit nose that dissolves into fresh,   cool and equally ripe medium weight flavors that possess a supple and suave   mouth feel, all wrapped into a clean, dry and delicious finish. Like the 2013   version, this isn't an elegant wine but I like the frank character.
BFN21CHBJMBV12 2012 Chablis 1er Cru Vaulorent ♥ 750ml 92 2020+
Tasting note: This is almost as   elegant with its layered nose of white flowers, algae, sea breeze and plenty   of citrus influence. There is a classy mouth feel to the medium weight   flavors that coat the mouth before culminating in a tight and mineral-driven   finish that is both wonderfully long and impeccably well-balanced.
BFN11CHBJMBB11 2011 Chablis Les Bougros Grand Cru 750ml 91 2017+
Tasting note: A restrained nose   of primarily green fruit also displays hints of quinine, mineral reduction   and saline scents. There is excellent size, weight and power to the solidly   well-concentrated medium weight plus flavors that are robust but not rustic,   all wrapped in a moderately complex though impressively persistent finish.
BFN11CHBJMBC11 2011 Chablis Les Clos Grand Cru 750ml 91 2017+
Tasting note: This also displays   plenty of Chablis character and is even more elegant if not more complex with   more floral character along with the mineral reduction, iodine and oyster   shell nuances. There is a lilting yet powerful mouth feel to the refined and   highly energetic flavors that exude a lovely minerality on the balanced and   driving finish. This is impressive yet not as complex as it usually is though   it's entirely possible that it will develop more with time in bottle.
BFN11CHBJMBP11 2011 Chablis Les Preuses Grand Cru 750ml 92 2017+
Tasting note: This is presently   an exercise in discretion and understatement with the shy aromas of soft   floral aromas where added breadth in present in the form of pear, quinine and   sea shore hints. There is fine density to the beautifully harmonious and   attractively vibrant flavors that possess lovely depth on the balanced and   beautifully lingering finish. A classic Preuses of grace and purity.
