Paul Jaboulet Aine 

法國隆河產區最具代表性的Paul Jaboulet Aine保羅佳布列酒廠，1834年由Antoine Jaboulet先生創立至今。2006年易主Frey家族接手買下經營權，目前由總經理Caroline Frey帶領下，提升更新釀酒設備和翻修葡萄園.....等，讓Paul Jaboulet Aine再度成為隆河愛好者的首選之一。

The 1996 Crozes-Hermitage Thalabert may merit an outstanding score. The wine possesses a dense, saturated purple color, crisp, tangy, blackberry, prune, and cassis aromas buttressed by the vintage's tell-tale acidity, outstanding extract, purity, and richness, and a medium-bodied, long finish.

l1989 Paul Jaboulet Hermitage Le Chevalier de Sterimberg Blanc   

( 葡萄品種: 65% Marsanne ; 35% Roussanne ; 樹齡: 35年 )

品酒筆記:

The 1989 Chevalier de Sterimberg was fermented in stainless steel vats and then moved to 100% new oak casks for six months. Itreveals smoky, toasty, nutty aromas, good, ripe, fruity flavors, medium to fullbody, and soft acidity in its round, generous finish.
