＃ 全世界釀造夏多內白酒最知名的酒村，若說是來自布根地伯恩丘葡萄園，我想是毫無爭議的選項。而村內眾多名園當中，最知名、最閃亮的，莫過於這四片特級園 — Chevalier- Montrachet 、 Montrachet 、 Batard-Montrache t 以及 Bienvenues-Batard Montrachet 。

    向來以優良的布根地紅 、白酒聞名世界 的 Louis Latour 酒莊，兩百多年來一直由家族經營 ， 擁有約 50 公頃的葡萄園 ， 其中有近 30 公頃的特級葡萄園，不乏上述所提及的四塊特級園 ， 是全金丘之最 。除此， Louis Latour 也擁有自己的橡木桶，製作符合自己需求與標準的木桶，目前已受到世界各地飯店、餐廳所喜愛推崇。 Louis Latour 向以豐滿圓潤的可口白酒聞名，特級園 Batard Montrachet 手工挑選來自園裡近 40 年的樹藤， 葡萄酒在橡木桶裡經過乳酸發酵後，使用 100% 全新法國橡木桶陳年 8 到 10 個月 ，因此白酒帶有濃郁的果味，並有香草及榛果風味， 兼具重量感與內斂的特性，且擁有長 達 15 年的陳年實力。

Tasting note: A nose that features terrific aromatic complexity with white flower, peach, pear and background hints of honey and wood spice leads to suave and silky flavors that are surprisingly forward and are already drinking well yet possess the structure and muscle to age for a few years in bottle!
