低產量 高品質 超自然 Marguet香檳
酒莊歷史追溯至1870年，坐落於Montagne de Reims 的Ambonnay村佔地7.3公頃葡萄園，包含有Les crayère，les Bermonts，La Grande ruelle等單一葡萄園。另外在Bouzy特級村則有0.7公頃葡萄園，目前也透過其他優質果農收購葡萄釀造（佔酒莊總產量的10-20%）。現任莊主Benoit Marguet為酒莊的第五代傳人，1999年參與家族的釀造工作，2004年開始與有著同樣堅持想法的好友Jérome Prévost, Bertrand Gautherot, Franck Pascal, Benoit Lahaye, Pierre Larmandier等人相互學習，探究對自然動力法的探索與追求。2005將原來的酒廠名Marguet-Bonnerave 更名為Marguet Pere & Fils.，2010年起皆由莊園內的兩匹馬負責犁地，★2012年榮獲自然動力法認證。

WA 92 : The yellow-golden colored, low sulfured wine offers a pure, fresh and chalky/limestone bouquet with ripe white fruits and iodine flavors. Mouthfilling yet pure, bone dry and fresh, with great finesse and vitality, this is a lean, pretty linear yet intense and expressive Blanc de Blancs with remarkable grip (perhaps still a bit challenging in its austerity) and lingering salinity.

Polished, pure and fresh on the palate.

基酒為2014年，淡淡細緻的紅色漿果，櫻桃柑橘花香味，圓潤而優雅。WA 91 : Fresh and delicate bouquet of red berries, cherries, citrus and floral notes. Round and elegant yet bone dry on the palate, this is a filigreed yet structured rosé with a good, cleansing, aromatic finish and very delicate, stimulating grip.
