Hermitage La Chapelle( 小教堂 ) 是 Paul Jaboulet Aine 酒莊旗艦級酒款，亦是 全世界最著名的艾米達吉紅酒 (Hermitage 為一地名 , 意指隱居士的意思 ) 。 Jaboulet 家族在 1919 年買下山頂上象徵艾米達吉的小教堂，並以此為酒命名。此旗艦酒每個年份都維持其頂尖的品質，為國際公認全世界最頂尖品質的好酒之一。

保羅佳布列秉持嚴謹釀酒的傳統與對大自然的尊重，每公頃產量不超過 4000 公升，每位園丁細心呵護不超過 2.5 公頃的葡萄園，比一般葡萄園少了三倍。 La Chapelle 依照傳統，主要混合了來自 Le Méal 和 Les Bessards 兩片葡萄園最好的葡萄釀成，巧妙表現希哈葡萄特有的黑色水果的濃郁芬芳，深度烘焙咖啡味道，且層次感很強，浮現甜潤帶著胡椒微辛的複雜氣息 , 表現了最穩固堅實卻又豐富多變的特性。 通常隆河酒都要經過至少十年的醇化才能夠散發出迷人優雅的酒香 , 此 2 款皆 讓您不需等待即刻 ” 感受北隆河佳釀 - 保羅佳布列旗艦佳釀 陳年後富變化酒體與層次感分明的迷人驚艷 ”
