在Puligny Montrachet 村莊中除了Leflaive、Etiennet Sauzet、Louis Carillon……等名家之外，最為
人所稱頌及媲美便只有Paul Pernot。

Domaine Paul Pernot 家族在Puligny Montrachet 這片土地耕耘超過200 年，同時亦將部份葡萄賣給
Joseph Drouhin。Paul Pernot 擁有高比例的老藤，即使像1er Cru La Piece Sous Le Bois 也使用部份老藤
與新種植10 年以上混釀而成；Meursault 最高海拔位置，土壤由石灰岩購成表層土質鬆軟造成葡萄藤深
根於土壤汲取養份，故帶有礦物香氣；最具代表性如Batard Montrachet Grand Cru 使用來自Puligny 及
Chassagne 兩個村莊精華區30 年的老藤，年產量千餘瓶。1er Cru Folatières 樹齡亦有45 年以上，歷年來
皆被酒評家Allen Meadow 給予Sweet spot Outstanding 的佳評。

2013 對Paul Pernot 而言是既緊張又刺激的一年！生長的季節又濕又冷，意味者需要時時刻刻的細心
照料；延遲採收是2013 的關鍵！謹慎篩選葡萄並遲在9 月30 日分批收成是造就美好Paul Pernot2013 的
契機。但美中不足的是產量較以往少了許多，所幸媒體及酒評家都給予相當高的評價。

Bienvenues Batard Montrachet

Stephen Tanzer:92~95 BH:93* with ages of 10+ & 40+ years
Bright pale yellow. Pure, tangy aromas of white peach, lime blossom and stone. Sappy, sweet and saline, with a touch of youthful austerity to the rich flavors of stone fruits, noble herbs and spicy minerality. Shows a lovely sugar/acid balance but comes across as quite tight today, without the early sex appeal of the Pucelles.

Batard Montrachet

Fascinating nose offers scents of menthol, white pepper, noble herbs and black raspberry jelly. Rich
and saline, fatter and more massive than the Bienvenue but less aromatic in the mouth in the early
going. A strong flavor of ripe peach carries through to the ripe, lush finish, but there's also plenty of
underlying minerality here. These are very impressive 2013s

Meursault 1er Cru La Piece Sous Le Bois

Bright, light yellow. Ripe aromas of white peach and pear complemented by a floral note. Plush and
sweet in the mouth if still a bit hardened by CO2. Nicely balanced wine with good stuffing. Pernot has
done some recent replanting here with a clone, and he noted that these new vines get very ripe earlier.

Puligny Montrachet

Bright lemon-yellow. Peach, white pepper and noble dried herbs on the nose and palate. Juicy, spicy
and fresh, offering good cut and a whiff of banana. Finishes with good length.

Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Champs Canets

Stephen Tanzer:91~93 BH:92 *from La Jacquelotte Outstanding
Pale yellow. Pure white peach aroma. Silky and intense, boasting excellent thrust and complexity to the flavors of
yellow and white stone fruits, flowers, noble herbs and smoky minerality. The recent sulfur addition hasn't
hardened this wine a bit. Finishes floral and long, with subtle saline minerality. An outstanding early showing.

Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Folatieres

Stephen Tanzer:90~93 BH:93*45+ year old vines Sweet spot Outstanding
Bright, pale yellow. Reticent nose hints at delicate white flowers. Quite closed in the mouth, but
already shows a fine-grained texture and a seductive sweetness to the flavors of lemon, lime leaf and
saline minerality. Not as easygoing as the Chalumeaux or Champs Canet today but quite refined.
