  Domaine Raymond Usseglio

Domaine Raymond Usseglio擁有21公頃的葡萄園，其中16公頃位於Châteauneuf du Pape，5公頃位於 Cote du Rhone，特別的是，Raymond Usseglio有著非常古老的葡萄樹，平均樹齡為50-60年的老藤，而Cuvee Imperiale更使用種植於1901-1902年間，超過百年的葡萄樹，並以手工摘採，獲得最佳的葡萄成熟度，加上多樣性的土壤，更增添葡萄酒複雜且優雅的細度。目前由第三代Stephane負責酒窖及葡萄園的管理，並在2012年轉型成有機農業。

The 2010 Chateauneuf du Pape Tradition exhibits elegant blueberry and black raspberry fruit, hints of burning charcoal and Provencal herbs, and good acidity in its full-bodied, fresh, lively, vivacious personality.  (RP90~92)

Châteauneuf du Pape , Cuvée Imperial

The profound 2010 Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvee Imperiale-Vigne Centenaires (made from the same blend as the 2009) is stunning. Dense purple to the rim with an extraordinary perfume of blackberries, black cherry liqueur, licorice and lavender, it exhibits fabulous fruit intensity, a multidimensional, full-bodied texture, sweet tannin, good acidity and a 60+ second finish. Given the acid profile of the 2010s as well as this wine’s abundant tannin, it will need 6-8 years of cellaring, and should keep for 25-30+ years.  (RP96~100)
