Domaine A & P de Villaine 是由布根地著名酒廠 Domaine de la Romanee Conti (簡稱 DRC )的莊主兼釀酒師，Aubert de Villaine 和夫人 Pamela 共同創立的酒莊。向來只獨厚 Chardonnay 和 Pinot Noir布根地，Aubert de Villaine盡心釀造曾是布根地重要品種的 Aligote，並使其成為 Bouzeron 村唯一採用 Aligote 認證的法定產區 (AOC)。Aubert de Villaine 不但採用優質Aligote 老藤且有機種植，讓他成功釀製出極高品質並且能反映當地Terrior 的Bouzeron Aligote!!

Aligote通常是被種植在柏根地平原區最普遍的葡萄，在DRC酒莊主人Aubert de Villaine自己的酒莊使用與推動下，1979年在Cote Chalonnaise北部以Aligote釀酒的Bouzeron升級為村莊級的AOC。

2003 Chateau Musar $1100

1930 年成立的Chateau Musar 酒莊，被Jancis Robinson (Master Wine)及知名酒評人 Hugh Johnson評為地中海東部最傑出的酒莊。在1979年參加參加了英國的Bristol Wine Fair大放異彩被，著名酒評人Michael Broadbent(Master Wine)讚嘆不已”A Great Wine, the find of the Show”!!1980年在法國Gault-Millau雜誌盲飲評比中一舉中第擊敗Chateau Petrus。1984年Serge Hochar先生(Chateau Musar莊主)更被權威的葡萄酒雜誌Decanter選為" Man of the Year"。Serge Hochar先生認為葡萄酒是尊重大地崇尚自然，用心酿造的葡萄酒是“no touch wine”（不經任何加工的葡萄酒）。

Château Musar first achieved international recognition during the Bristol Wine Fair in England in 1979, where the wine press and prominent critics including Michael Broadbent declared it "the discovery of the fair".

In 1984, the respected wine magazine Decanter named Serge Hochar the first ever "Wine Man of the Year" for his extraordinary achievements, determination and dedication to producing wines during the difficult years of the Lebanese Civil War.

Speaking about the wines of Château Musar, Serge Hochar says "the harmony of nature is better than anything we could ever create. I believe it should be a priority to seek to drink what is 'true' rather than what is 'good' ". When speaking about quality in wine he adds "I once produced a wine that was technically perfect but it lacked the charms of imperfection".

No doubt Serge Hochar's strong personality and conviction in his beliefs have provided much inspiration for the many passionate fans of Château Musar throughout the world.

In recent years, Musar has been part of events such as the "Dîner des 30" organised by Champagne Louis Roederer in honour of the 30 best wines of the world.The way paved by the wine from the land of "milk and honey" consequently allowed Lebanon to adhere to the OIV - the "Organisation Internationale de la Vigne et du Vin"- in 1995 with the collaboration of other Lebanese wine producers.
