2008Domaine de la Vougeraie

Domaine de la Vougeraie 由數個不同年代購置之葡萄園組合而成，分佈在Burgundy超過 30 個法定產區。其淵源可追溯至1964 年其父親在故鄉的第一塊葡萄園Gevrey-Chambertin Les Évocelles。20年後，擴張至Vougeot 一帶；1996年，酒莊再次收購Corton-Charlemagne、Pommard 村的兩個區域，及Beaune 和Savigny 等地數個一級葡萄產地。

☆該酒莊生產的酒有純淨的特色，主要要歸功於自然動力有機栽培技術。在Burgundy，除了Romanee-Conti，包括Leroy、Leflaive和Lafon這些最知名的酒莊也全都崇尚自然動力。Domaine de la Vougeraie酒莊依據自然動力年曆挑選最適合的時機進行農事耕作；並且使用501及502製劑配方(主要為糞肥、牛角、石英..等物質) 噴灑於土中，讓葡萄樹更有力量產生防禦能力，抵抗各種病菌和蟲害。釀酒方面，葡萄100%去梗之後進行低溫浸泡，不添加酵母、不破皮擠粒，基本上會做輕微過濾但不澄清。

不可諱言，2008年對Vincent來說極巨艱辛，故延遲採收確保葡萄的成熟度，並降低30%~50% 的產量讓品質達到應有的水準! As I have observed previously, Vincent is making real progress and these '08s are the best wines I have yet seen from him.  By Burghound, Jan 30, 2010
