來自聖埃美隆的Chateau de Fonbel，屬於Vautheir家族所有與波爾多八大名莊之一的Chateau Ausone（歐頌莊）共享同一釀酒團隊，具有Ausone的神韻，價格卻非常親民！品質一直維持在極高的水準！因此有「平民心中的Ausone」之稱。

酒莊位於離Ausone與Moulin St Georges 不遠，大費周章引入Ausone酒莊的釀造團隊與技術，來釀造Chateau de Fonbel且莊主Alain Vauthier提倡的混種方式，香氣與口感更為豐富強烈，芬芳醇厚。無論酒體跟口感來說，毫無疑問是出自名門的大酒風範，潛力非常大。Fonbel的酒款曾被英國權威葡萄酒雜誌Decanter評為全球性價比“醉”高的50支法國葡萄酒之一，在風格上是經典的波爾多右岸~

◆Robert Parker WA  91 2016 Fonbel has a classic nose of warm red plums, cigar box and black plums with nuances of redcurrants, Sichuan pepper and tar. Medium to full-bodied, the palate delivers a lot of mid-palate fruit with lovely plush tannins and a long refreshing finish 

◆James Suckling  91 This has a spicy edge with black and red fruit, as well as a reductive edge, leading to a succulent and juicy array of bright raspberries and red cherries. Drink or hold

◆Decanter  91 Rich autumnal hedgerow packed with ripe blackberry fruits and overlaid with a fresh, herbal, spicy edge that pulls the mid-palate inwards and allows it to expand on the finish. Expertly done and very enjoyable.
