Domaine Geantet-Pansiot成立於1954年，當時Edmond Geantet (圖中最左)與Bernadette Pansiot結婚並在Gevrey定居下來，開始投入屬於夫妻兩人的葡萄酒事業並逐年持續購入其他葡萄園。 1977年，他們的兒子Vincent Geantet (圖中置中)開始為家族工作，同時兼任當地的消防員，是位使命感很強的釀酒師。到了2006年，Vincent的兒子Fabien(圖中最右)加入了團隊，家族傳承的核心更加堅固。酒莊從最早的3公頃到現在總佔地13公頃，分為幾個AC產區：Gevrey-Chambertin，Marsannay，Charmes Chambertin，Chambolle Musigny和Burgundy。

學習勃根地酒神Henri Jayer大師在「發酵前低溫浸皮」的精髓，是其厲害的關鍵把葡萄酒的花香與果味融入酒體之中，使他釀製的年輕紅酒也能如綻放的紫羅蘭一般，充滿肉慾迷人的香氣與口感,成為本地最受矚目的新星。 採用的是Lutte Raisonnee(理性控制法)管理葡萄園, 會在不好的季節中使用少量抗真菌劑, 此外葡萄園均不使用除草劑.二氧化硫.硫酸銅。特別是不提前進行破皮作業, 採收後全程以手工進行一粒粒的4次篩選後, 經過10天10℃的低溫浸皮進行發酵, 發酵期間溫度都控制在最高不超過35℃, 平均一天進行一次踩皮.淋汁, 經過20~30天完成發酵後進入橡木桶培養, 新桶比例通常維持30%, 在12~14個月裝瓶。
