WA94 : The 2008 Vintage Brut offers a clear and toasty aroma on the nose. Pure, fresh, lean and delicate but complex and mineral on the palate, this is a lithe and elegant, very finessed and persistent 2008 with grip and expression. This is a complex, intense yet light and very elegant Champagne with a pure, mineral-structured and persistent finish.

酒廠介紹 : 1785年Florenz- Louis Heidsieck先生，酒廠創建於“王者之城”美譽的Reims，其釀造的酒款受到王室之間的好評。Florenz逝世後，1828年由侄女Christian Heidsieck繼承掌管。 而後分為3家酒廠 ~ Piper-Heidsieck(1838年創建)、Charles Heidsieck(1851年創建)、Heidsieck & Co Monople(1860年創建)，如今3家各有自己誘人的獨特風格。Piper-Heidsieck期間經過幾次易主，直到2011年，被法國奢侈品牌EPI（Europeenne de Participation Industrielle）收購，該品牌亦擁有著香檳酒廠Charles Heidsieck。

  酒廠從香檳區的60個葡萄園，嚴選收購品質優良葡萄來釀造，目前推出8款的鮮明特色香檳(Cuvee Brut，Rose Sauvage，Cuvee Sublime，Riviera，Essentiel，Essentiel Blanc de Blancs，Vintage Brut，Rare)。

  1907年的Piper-Heidsieck Shipwrecked是目前最昂貴一批香檳275,000美元(2000瓶)，這批香檳原運送到俄羅斯，提供沙皇和皇室成員慶祝歡愉飲用，卻在1916年船隻運載過程中被襲擊沉船至海底。直到1998年在Gulf of Finland被打撈上來後，陸續出現在各大拍賣會上，成為具有歷史紀念意義的珍稀酒款。

  領導品牌的Piper-Heidsieck，一直深受各大頒獎典禮及各大名流影星的青睞，性感女神瑪麗蓮夢露曾言「我晚上只擦Chanel No.5，早上只喝Piper-Heidsieck」。
