VOUGEOT 區的閃亮之星-   Domaine Hudelot-Noëllat

Alain Hudelot-Noellat所擁有的地塊包括一開始的 Chambolle Musigny Les Charmes1er Cru & Chambolle Musigny及隨後陪嫁過來的Vosne Romanee；1977年後陸續又增加Grand Crus : Clos Vougeot、Richebourg和Romanee Saint Vivant。Hudelot -Noellat最為人熟知的是他的葡萄藤均刻意保留高齡，寧可單獨一株株的重新種植，而不整片拔起。( ex. Chambolle Musigny 55- year-old vins; Romanee Saint Vivant 90-year-old vins)。

   Hudelot-Noellat釀酒方式盡量自然進行，不過濾也不澄清，但特別重視橡木桶的使用，幾乎用遍法國所有得森林橡木以襯托出酒本身的優雅!  Clive Coates 評其為五星級酒廠。
