行家極愛的教皇新堡產區酒莊，葡萄園僅六公頃，量少價昂，Châteauneuf -du-Pape是經典入門款，其較高級數的酒款是CNDP cuvées Marie Beurier以及CNDP cuvées Réserve des Célestins。釀酒品種約90%是Grenache。Bonneau習慣使用超過10年以上橡木桶來陳年，且裝瓶前至少要存放了6-10年!

Claude Dugat Vintage 2007
於80年代後期曾接受Henri Jayer的指導Claude Dugat，是Gevrey Chambertin最為出色的釀酒師之一。擁有一些布根地非常老的葡萄園，葡萄樹齡長達70年以上，因此產量也很少，Grand Cru等級的葡萄酒幾乎很難買到! 2007 Claude Dugat釀造的酒款，一樣帶有香甜、濃郁的果香；口感飽滿、比2006年更有勁道!
